LABORATORY INTRODUCTION

Laboratory Innovation

Since 1988, Laboratory has been a pioneering force in the biotechnology industry. Combining the expertise of scientific entrepreneurs and professional management, the company has established an impeccable track record for delivering superior quality products and providing world-class consultation services at the national and international levels.

In summary, a tissue culture is a powerful tool for addressing challenges in the agriculture industry. It offers a range of benefits, including disease control, improved crop quality and yield, increased crop value, and enhanced plant resilience. As such, it is an essential solution for modern plantation management that helps to ensure the long-term sustainability of agriculture.

Our laboratory is developing advanced technology for selecting new hybrid plants at a young age. The project, titled "Cloning of gene fragments involving cellulose and lignin metabolic pathways and identification of their Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) in Tectona Grandis," uses reliable genetic markers to identify desirable traits in hybrid plants. The project has been completed in the laboratory and awaiting field data analysis to identify the gene markers. This technology has the potential to revolutionize plant breeding and improve the efficiency of crop production.

Technology Development

Tissue culture is an impressive solution for plantation management challenges as it provides a range of benefits to the agriculture industry. By growing and multiplying plant cells or tissues in a sterile laboratory environment, tissue culture produces genetically uniform and disease-free plant material. This helps to address the issue of plant diseases, which can significantly reduce crop yields and quality. With tissue culture, plantation managers can avoid the risk of introducing pathogens into their fields through infected seeds or plant material, leading to the establishment of healthier plantations.

In addition, tissue culture also has a significant impact on the value of plantation crops. By producing high-quality, uniform plant material that is in high demand in the market, tissue culture increases crop value by over 200%. This not only improves the profitability of plantation management but also supports the overall growth of the agriculture industry.

Another significant advantage of tissue culture is that it enhances the resilience of plants to environmental stresses. This includes resistance to drought, extreme temperatures, and other factors that can affect yields and quality. By producing more robust plants, tissue culture provides a more sustainable solution for agriculture that can better withstand the challenges of climate change and other environmental pressures.

Overall, tissue culture is a powerful tool for addressing challenges in the agriculture industry. It offers a range of benefits, including disease control, improved crop quality and yield, increased crop value, and enhanced plant resilience. As such, it is an essential solution for modern plantation management that helps to ensure the long-term sustainability of agriculture.

A laboratory is collaborating with a National Biotechnology Agency to develop advanced technology for selecting new hybrid plants at a young age. The project, titled "Cloning of gene fragments involving cellulose and lignin metabolic pathways and identification of their Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) in Tectona Grandis," uses reliable genetic markers to identify desirable traits in hybrid plants. The project has been completed in the laboratory and is awaiting field data analysis to identify the gene markers. This technology has the potential to revolutionize plant breeding and improve the efficiency of crop production.

Tissue Culture Manufacturing

1) Culture Rooms

Our commercial laboratory features a state-of-the-art tissue culture facility with a spanning experienced professional staff of approximately 25,000 sq. ft. We have the capacity to produce up to 40-50 million SUPER TEAK tissue culture plants annually.

2) Transfer Room

We transfer materials and samples between areas without the risk of contamination in the sterile environment of the Room. We equipped this specialized room with features such as airlocks, UV lights, and HEPA filters to ensure we handle materials safely and with care.

Product Development

With over 30 years of experience, this laboratory has achieved an exceptional level of expertise in scientific research. Their skilled personnel brings precision, creativity, and confidence to their work, resulting in a track record of excellence in the field. Their impressive achievements demonstrate the vital role that experience plays in successful scientific research.
